Kat Hewitson

Women & Girls Coach

Kat is a cricket coach, physical education teacher, and Level 3 personal trainer. She also serves as the Surrey Athletics County Team Manager and is deeply passionate about enhancing athletic performance.

Currently, she works as a PE teacher at Godalming College and as a personal trainer and athletics coach at West London Track and Field. In addition to these roles, she manages teams for Surrey Schools, supporting athletes at county, regional, and national events. Within T20 Community Cricket Kat provides support for our girls' cricket academies.

Kat specialises in movement training to elevate cricket performance, with a focus on speed, agility, coordination, and teamwork. Since 2022, she has been an active contributor to our MCC Foundation Guildford Hub, where she has played a key role in developing athletes' skills and movement patterns.

Kat is also excited to introduce "Cricka-cise," a unique fitness program that combines the dynamic skills of cricket with targeted fitness training, designed to help individuals improve their overall fitness and athletic ability.
