MCC Foundation Guildford Hub state school teams into national semi-finals

The Twenty20 Community Cricket run MCC Foundation Guildford Hub U15 Boys & Girls teams have both made the national semi-finals to be played at Eton College on 3rd July. The Finals will be played on the main ground at Lord's on 30th July.

Open to state school cricketers only, players were selected from over 150 triallists at the start of the year, following which selected players took part in 10 weeks of 90 minutes a week training.

The under 15 squads were entered into the MCC national competition and to date have overcome hub teams from Slough, Reading, Taunton and the Cotswolds.
