Narrow win for WOCC/ISL in Luxembourg indoor league

CSK won the toss and chose to bat and set off like a rocket reaching 66 off 6 overs without loss. Ananth Srisailapathy and Salai Sekaran both batted extremely well until WOCC/ISL fought back.

Some good catches helped but it was an excellent spell of 4 overs 3 wickets for just 13 from Oscar Ramsden that made the real difference with CSK ending on 155 all out.

In reply, WOCC were soon in trouble and fell to 22 for 3 quite quickly and a victory seemed impossible. But then a fantastic partnership between Aanand Pandey and Phil Burleigh began to take shape. These two batted very smartly and kept the scoreboard ticking to register a partnership of 91. But then wickets tumbled to create a last over classic.

Finally Mohit Dixit scrambled the winning runs with a ball to spare.
