Twenty20 Community Cricket to stage course with Alastair Cook's personal batting coach

Twenty20 Community Cricket invite you to attend a course for players and coaches led by Gary Palmer.

Gary is the personal technical batting coach for none other than England captain Alastair Cook.

On Wednesday 2nd March, Gary will lead a session with a focus on his innovative 4 angles, 2 swing methodology - a system of grooving coupled with an array of innovative batting drills and coaching methods which is a very powerful training tool to rapidly develop players batting techniques to the highest standards.

This course session is for both players and coaches, and will be held at Shrewsbury House School in Surbiton from 6.00 to 9.00pm.

Players will experience a highly intensive grooving session, hitting hundreds of balls, batting for extended periods of time, while working in real detail on their batting techniques. Coaches will learn all the hints and tips to take back to their own players.

There is a maximum of 12 players (aged school year 8 and above) across 4 nets and up to 20 coaches.
