Twenty20 Cricket Academies Performance Analyst Coach
Job Description

This is a full-time position for a UK Level 2 (or above) qualified UK based cricket coach, ideally starting on 1st June 2022.

Reporting to our Academies Director, the candidate will run indoor & outdoor match, and indoor training analysis for 140+ East & West Surrey Twenty20 Cricket Academy players:

Using the StanceBeam app in weekly winter training sessions to record batting & bowling videos, creating player highlight packages and tagging video sessions.

Supporting Academy summer matches to provide data, performance, and video analysis.

Working with the Academies coaching team to devise relevant coaching programmes.

Delivering other coaching programmes in schools and cricket clubs.

Running cricket competitions outdoor and indoor.

Working hours will be mostly afternoons, evenings and weekends throughout the year.

Option to play for our Surrey Downs Saturday league team as player/coach.

We operate across Surrey with the occasional overseas assignment. The successful applicant will be required be able to attend all of these locations.
Applicant Background
-
Strong cricketing background required.

Minimum UK Level 2 cricket coaching qualification (or equivalent).

UK based.
-
English & Maths GCSE required, Maths “A” level a bonus.

Familiarity with, and comfortable using, Microsoft tools and modern apps.

Enhanced DBS, up to date first aid & safeguarding certificates and ECB Coaches Association membership will be required for this role.
Benefits Package

Salary range £18,000-£22,000 a year according to experience.

Four weeks leave plus public holidays (or time off in leu).
