About us
Twenty20 Cricket Company Ltd was created following the success of Twenty20 Cricket Camps, providing school holiday cricket coaching courses, International cricket coaching and indoor cricket league competitions.
Over the past 4 years the company has provided quality coaching to junior players in schools and clubs, school holiday courses for all abilities including Academy level, cricket birthday parties and a flourishing youth Indoor Cricket League.
More recent exciting ventures include delivering coaching courses in Europe, coaching days for Deaf children and the launch of an adult touring society called the Touregs, whose aim is to enjoy playing cricket in some less obvious locations such as continental Europe.

Darren worked in the Mutual Fund industry for 13 years until 2007, in Marketing and latterly as an Investment Analyst for New Star Asset Management. In 2004, he set up the Youth Academy for Cobham Avorians Cricket Club in Surrey where he is Director of Youth Coaching. This was the turning point in Darren's career. Three years later Darren founded Darren Talbot Cricket Coaching which specialises in schools and club cricket coaching and coaching plans. He is a founder committee member of the Surrey ECB Coaches Association and a member of the West Surrey Youth Cricket League committee. At Twenty20 Cricket Company, Darren leads on Schools, Competitions, Club Coaching and the Academy. In his "spare" time, Darren is also Committee Chairman, Programme Editor and 3rd team manager of Worcester Park FC of the Combined Counties Football League. |

Neil's worked largely in the insurance industry where he spent 15 years as a Business Analyst and Project Manager before becoming a professional cricket coach is 2006.
At Twenty20 Cricket Company, Neil leads on our International coaching & Touring operations. |

Haidee Allen - Finance & Operations Director |

Haidee started her working career making teas for NPL Teddington CC at the age of thirteen. After graduating, she worked as a consulting non-life insurance actuary in the City for eleven years. Several years of full time parenting followed before Haidee, encouraged by her eldest son's enthusiasm for cricket, became involved with Epsom CC as a volunteer. She continues to help run the junior section at Epsom CC and, since qualifying as a UKCC1 coach, she has been an assistant coach for Epsom's Girls' squad. Haidee joined the company as Business Manager in early 2012. She is now also a shareholder in the company with lead responsibility for our camps, courses and 1-2-1 coaching sessions. Haidee is also financial analyst for the company. |

Kelly Birtwell-Jones - Operations Manager |

Kelly has worked as Operations Manager for Darren Talbot Cricket Coaching since 2010 and has continued to work with Twenty20 Cricket Company too on Schools and Parties. Having worked as an Estate Agent and then as a secretary in a primary school, Kelly’s interest in cricket grew when her sons became heavily involved in the sport. Kelly has been involved with Epsom Cricket Club and is formerly the club's Communications Secretary for the Colts. |
